Purpose of the Physical Meeting

Materials and Costs 

arranged and paid by the individual participants

• travel to/from airport 
• transfer from airport to the hotel
• hotel booking and payment
• local public transport
• meals and catering other than the ones listed below

arranged and paid by the Belgian organiser (Korian, Telecom IT)

• conference facilities
• coffee break, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
• dinner on Tuesday
• transfer to/from Korian Head Offices on Tuesday morning and afternoon

Tuesday: Korian Head Offices - Satenrozen 1b, 2550 Kontich, Belgium (transport from Mechelen organised by Korian/Telecom-IT)

Wednesday: Viavia Joker - Zandpoortvest 50, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium (https://www.viaviamechelen.be/)

Transportation

There are two train stations near the meeting location set up for Wednesday; Mechelen (which is the main and bigger station, with more trains coming and going – 10 minute walk to Viavia) and Mechelen – Nekkerspoel (which is smaller and has less train traffic, but might be closer to your hotel – 13 minute walk to Viavia)

Hotel
